In harmony with the cultural offering proposed by the Academy, the gastronomic proposal will draw inspiration from the temporary and permanent exhibitions.
During lunch, a more informal menu will be available from Monday to Friday.
When the sun goes down, the cocktail list comes into play with a selection of dynamic and original signature drinks, to be enjoyed from late afternoon to after dinner.
In the evening, the dinner menu is divided into a more in-depth menu and a tasting menu that unfolds in a series of representative courses, with the possibility of wine and cocktail pairing.
Bù Bistrot proposes an all-day offering ranging from breakfast to after dinner, allowing the venue to be experienced in different ways at any time of day.
